• 1914 Austri-Hungry issues ultimatum to Serbia to surpress the pan-Serbian movement and arrest the members this draconian order did not sit well with leaders
• 1942 Germans set up the feared concentration camp Treblinka in occupied Poland with 2 buildings housing 10 gas chambers which were firstly powered by truck exhaust fumes before been modified to use zyklon B gas
• 1964 VC ambush 4 US truck convoy  carrying aid and re supplies in Darlac province,the local Marine base close by reacts and manages to rapidly deploy to the convoy with some success saving some lives
